Six month old
with respiratory distress, tachypnea and tachycardia-answer
Massive pericardial effusion,
etiology unknown.
Please note the position of central catheter in relation to
the right heart border...it is very medial to it and the
shape of the heart is of a "water-bottle" configuration,
which is typical of pericardial effusion.
