Three yo with pain in foot and limping:Answer




Imbedded foreign body (glass)-see arrowheads in plantar region of foot.  Subtle abnormality in frontal views could be mistaken for bone density.  Glass is usually very discrete and sharply marginated, typically dense in opacity.
