dilated central canal (arrowheads) and termination of cord
at the level of S1 (cord should not terminate below L-2)
What would you
recommend to be done? MRI of Brain and Spinal Cord Why? to
confirm tethered cord and exclude upper lesions, e.g.
Arnold-Chiari I and II, etc.
