11 y.o F with RLQ pain

Answer: ovarian torsion, acute and missed

Initial Abdomen x-ray shows calcifications in pelvis

 

MRI shows enlarged ovary with radially arranged follicles consistent with ovarian torsion.  There was flow on doppler.  Calculi were from previously torsed and infarcted rt. ovary
