The AP Chest reveals the bowel to ascend to the level of the diaphragm. The lungs are largely opaque, due to the large right sided mass (liver) displacing the ipsilateral and contra lateral lungs. Note the displaced VA-ECMO cannulas, which should be at or to the right of midline. Back to residents cases
