In spite of CT and MRI images
consistent with an intra-gastric mass, at biopsy, this was
due to a perforated peptic ulcer producing a large
inflammatory mass. H.pylori was cultured.
Differential would include GIST (gastro-intestinal stromal
tumor) and Lymphoma
